- This year's Loyola women's retreat will be held Sept 29 - Oct 1, 2023 at the Franciscan Retreat Center in Colorado Springs.
  
  Our theme is: “Celebrating Community: Women Thriving in the Midst of Change.”
  
  Registration will be open through Aug 27th.
  
  Ways to register:
  
  Complete and turn in a hard-copy form (click here for file) and and give it and your deposit to a Loyola Women’s Club member. Make checks payable to St. Ignatius Loyola parish, with “LWC Retreat” in the memo line. You can also Venmo fees to Chris Doyle via @Christine-Doyle-39
  
  Registration fees/forms may also be mailed to or dropped off at the parish office.

  Accomodations
  
  There are limited accommodations (28 beds) for us at the retreat center: 4 triples, 7 doubles, and 2 singles. Please select your preference for room type/rate: REQUIRED Please fill out this field.

  Mobility: Please be aware that our meeting room, the dining room, and sleeping rooms are all in separate buildings on the retreat center campus. While the meeting room where we will have our sessions is on ground level, many of the sleeping rooms are only accessible by stairs; there is no elevator.

  The only special diets the retreat center is able to provide are either Gluten-Free OR Vegetarian (not vegan). Please check below if you need either of the two special diets or list food allergies we should know about for snacks.

  Payment & Registration Options
  
  Secure your spot with a $100 deposit (or full $75 for day rate) by August 27th. Balance of registration fees will be due no later than September 4th and there are no refunds after this date.
